Taqwa Islamic Store
At Taqwa Islamic Store, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
If the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
If the wrong item was sent.
Refunds are not provided for “change of mind” orders.
✅ Conditions for Refund/Exchange

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
⚠️ Returns for Non-Faulty Items
If you wish to return a product that is not faulty, you may do so under the following conditions:
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
A 25% restocking fee plus a fixed Rs. 200 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund amount = Amount Paid – (25% Restocking Fee + Rs. 200).
📦 Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for safely shipping the product back to our warehouse (address will be provided after return request approval).
Damaged or incomplete items will not be eligible for refund.
⚡ Warranty on Electronic Items
Any warranty will be considered void if the product shows signs of water damage, misuse, or tampering.
